How long does it take to receive my canvas?
Standard orders are printed and shipped within 3-5 business days. With our express shipping, you'll receive your canvas in 5-7 working days total.
What if I'm not happy with my canvas quality?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your canvas, we'll reprint it for free or provide a full refund within 30 days.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can modify your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our support team. After that, production begins and changes aren't possible.
What file formats do you accept for photos?
We accept JPEG, PNG, TIFF, and most common image formats. For best quality, use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI at print size).
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the UK and to select European countries. Shipping costs and times vary by location - check our shipping page for details.
